Erasmus+ is the EU programme for education, training, youth, and sport
These four key areas support the personal and professional development of citizens. Inclusive quality education and training, both formal and informal, provides young people and citizens of different ages with the necessary tools to acquire skills and competencies for effective participation in inclusive, multicultural, and digital societies.
For the 2021-2027 period, with a budget of EUR 21,208 million, the programme focuses on social inclusion, the double green and digital transition, and fostering young people’s participation in democratic life. Erasmus+ offers learning and mobility opportunities for pupils, trainees, young people, students, and teachers. It has a special focus on the inclusion of people with fewer opportunities and strengthens transnational cooperation for universities, vocational education, and cooperation institutions.
The DESTINE project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union
